Shipping & Delivery

Our standard delivery fee is $15, applicable to ground-floor and lift-accessible locations within Singapore. Deliveries to restricted zones such as Jurong Island, Pulau Bukom, military camps, high-security installations, or areas requiring special permits are not available at this time. Should your location require additional clearance, security submission, or non-standard access, our team will advise whether delivery can be arranged.

For products that require assembly, a flat assembly fee of $15 applies. Items that require assembly will typically be delivered in their assembled or partially assembled state depending on their structure and safety requirements. Our delivery team will place the completed item in the designated area and assist with basic positioning. Customers receiving assembled goods are encouraged to test and inspect the product on the spot. Once the item has been reviewed and accepted in the presence of our installers, it will be deemed delivered in good condition.

Delivery timelines provided at checkout or via follow-up communication are estimates, based on stock availability, route planning, and logistic capacity. While we make every effort to meet these timeframes, actual delivery schedules may vary due to factors such as peak demand, building restrictions, traffic delays, public holidays, or unexpected operational constraints. Customers will be notified in the event of significant changes.

For locations without lift access — such as walk-up apartments or levels requiring manual stair-carry — additional fees may apply to cover labour and safe handling. These charges will be communicated clearly before confirming your delivery slot.
