Returns & Exchange
Products delivered in an assembled state must be inspected upon arrival. Our delivery team will allow you to test the item, review its condition, and confirm that all components are functioning as intended. Once the product has been acknowledged and accepted at the point of delivery, it will be considered received in good, satisfactory condition. Any concerns should be raised immediately during the handover so they can be addressed on-site.
Returns are permitted strictly for items that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or delivered in error. We are unable to accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect measurements provided by the customer, or dissatisfaction with aesthetic preferences once a product has been delivered and accepted. To initiate a return request, please email info@t1glass.com within 7 days of delivery, providing order number, photos, a brief description of the issue, and proof of purchase. Our team will review the submission and advise on the next steps.
Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories, components, and documentation. Items that show signs of use, assembly, modification, or damage not attributed to manufacturing defects may not be eligible for return or exchange. T1 Space reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these criteria.
Warranty Coverage
Most T1 Space products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects arising from normal, intended use. This warranty excludes damages caused by wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, unauthorised modifications, accidents, stains, exposure to moisture or heat, and issues resulting from incorrect handling.
Where applicable, our BIFMA-certified products meet recognised international standards for safety, durability, and performance. This certification reflects our commitment to providing furniture designed with structural integrity and long-term reliability in mind.
If a warranty claim is approved, T1 Space will repair or replace the affected component or product at our discretion. Replacement parts may vary slightly in design or finish due to product updates or version improvements. Warranty service does not extend coverage, nor does it apply to incidental costs such as transport, labour beyond standard servicing, or losses arising from product downtime.
