By accessing, browsing, or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of the website, including customers, visitors, and partners.

T1 Space reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be posted on this page.

Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

 

2. Product Information & Availability

We make every effort to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate and up to date.

However, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to screen settings, manufacturing processes, or natural materials.

All products are subject to availability, and T1 Space reserves the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time.

 

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include prevailing Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to adjust prices, promotions, or fees without notice.

Payment is accepted via secure third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayNow, or PayPal). By completing your purchase, you confirm that all payment details provided are accurate and authorised for use.

 

4. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase.

Order confirmation will be issued via email once payment is received.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Stock unavailability
  • Payment issues
  • Incorrect pricing or information
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued using the same payment method.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery and assembly fees are outlined on our Shipping & Delivery page.

Our standard delivery covers ground-floor and lift-accessible locations within Singapore.

For non–lift-accessible units or large items requiring special handling, additional fees may apply.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on stock, scheduling, and external factors.

While we strive to meet all agreed timelines, T1 Space shall not be held liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, logistics disruptions).

 

6. Returns & Exchanges

Our return and warranty policies are detailed on the Returns & Warranty page.

Products delivered assembled must be inspected and accepted at the point of delivery. Once accepted, the goods are deemed received in good condition.

Returns are permitted only for items that are defective, damaged, or delivered in error.

To request a return, please contact support@t1-space.com within 7 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

 

7. Warranty

Most products include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.

This warranty excludes wear and tear, misuse, modifications, and damage resulting from improper handling or environmental exposure.

Where applicable, BIFMA-certified products adhere to international standards for safety and performance.

T1 Space will repair or replace defective items at its discretion. Replacement parts may differ slightly in finish or design due to product updates.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, designs, content, and imagery displayed on this website are the intellectual property of T1 Space or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

While every product is made and inspected with care, T1 Space shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or misuse of any product.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.

This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

10. Force Majeure

T1 Space shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, supply-chain disruptions, or government actions.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

Any disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
